Dragon Juice Chilli Sauce

I’d like to introduce ChefWaynes Dragon Juice Chilli Sauce the first of two amazing limited edition products. This sauce was inspired by my dear friend and mentor Keith Jaret who during our many food oriented conversations mentioned this sauce. Sadly , Keith passed away from cancer in 2018 and to honor his memory I will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this sauce to The American Cancer Society.

The sauce was developed based on the exotic flavors of Thailand. The combination of ginger, garlic, lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves, mango, Thai Basil, Thai & Ghost Chilies makes this an exceptionally complex sauce with an abundance of flavor..
